Welcome to our brand-new apartment, perfectly located at 35 Thach Lam, right in the heart of one of Da Nang’s most vibrant neighborhoods. Just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful My Khe Beach, you’ll have countless restaurants, cafés, bars, spas, convenience stores, and popular local attractions right at your doorstep.

Although surrounded by the lively energy of the neighborhood, our building offers a comfortable and peaceful retreat where you can relax and enjoy a good night’s sleep after a day of exploring.

Other Things to Note

In accordance with Vietnamese accommodation regulations, all guests are required to provide identification information for check-in.

Please send us:

• A photo of your ID card (Citizen ID Card/CCCD) or passport; and

• For foreign guests, a photo of the visa page in your passport clearly showing the entry stamp issued by the Vietnam Immigration Department.

This information will only be used to register guests with the local authorities, as required by Vietnamese law. All personal information will be kept strictly confidential.
